6	Uses	i)                    It is used in eye ointments  for local treatment of minor infections including the eradication of crab lice from the eye lashes and inflammation of the eye including conjunctivitis  . ii)                   It is used as a topical antiseptic , fungicide , in chronic skin condition , corneal ulcers and as oxidizing agents .
